Mariam is, above all, an art director.
Her creative path has always been
driven by curiosity and philosophy.
She started with a DUT in Multimedia & Internet, working as a web developer and UX/UI designer before finding her true language in motion, completing a professional degree in Motion Design, then a Master's in Art Direction & Motion at LISAA Paris, and finally a Specialized Master's in AI Design.
A creative since childhood, she has never stopped making, exploring, breaking,
rebuilding. Her practice is rooted in technical experimentation: understanding a
tool deeply enough to push it somewhere unexpected.
Generative AI is not a
shortcut in her work, it is a medium, one she approaches with the same rigor and
obsession she brings to every new technology she encounters.
In her reels, she likes to use AI for the aesthetic it makes possible, not strict photorealism, but a stylized version of it, somewhere between the texture of the real and visual fiction. It is precisely in that in-between space that she finds what interests her: an image that resembles the world, but does not quite belong to it.
