THE LIVING ROOM ٱلصَّالُون
In “THE LIVING ROOM ٱلصَّالُون”, I bring my childhood memories and those of my family back to life by animating photographs taken in salouns (living rooms), spaces filled with history and emotions. Through this project, I explore how AI can revive visual archives, transforming still moments into moving, immersive memories.

Each image was carefully selected from my childhood photos and then processed using various AI tools to animate, restore, and enhance them bringing them back to life exactly as they were lived, capturing the essence of those moments.
My short film had an Honorable Mention at the International Alexandria Short Film fest 2025, and was selected in other Ai prestigious festivals.
